Utilizing SharePoint for Document Centralization

We are excited to announce that S&A has adopted Microsoft SharePoint as our central platform for document management. This decision is driven by our dedication to maintaining the highest level of data security, accessibility, and efficiency for our clients.

 

SharePoint is a robust and user-friendly collaboration and document management platform that will enable us to:

 

Centralize Your Documents: All your essential documents will be stored securely in one centralized location on SharePoint. This ensures that you can access your information quickly and conveniently whenever you need it.

 

Enhance Security: SharePoint comes with advanced security features to safeguard your sensitive data. Your documents will be protected by multi-layered security measures, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

 

Improve Collaboration: With SharePoint, collaboration between our team and yours will be more seamless than ever. 

 

We believe that this transition to SharePoint will not only improve the efficiency and security of our document management but also enhance the quality of our services to you. 

 

Things to know:

 

1.Beginning at 7PM Central Time, September 8, 2023, Canopy will not be available to upload or view any documents.  Hold on to them until you receive the Sharepoint link. 

2.Over this weekend, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access Sharepoint.

3.Once you login, you will see your historical files and will be able to upload files.
