Manish Seth, CPA, CFE, has over 20 years of experience in accounting and business consulting. Manish is adept at looking where each client is in their lifecycle and helping them develop a plan to take their company to the next stage and strategically grow their business, while managing their reporting and filing requirements. His expertise extends to various industries including privately held companies, real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, services and energy. Manish’s primary focus has been in privately held businesses, assisting companies develop a growth plan and a strategy to maximize the owner’s earning potential.
Manish began his accounting career working for one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms in Houston. Manish has experience in national and regional accounting firms, in addition to working in industry in various roles. Manish has been an accounting manager, internal auditor and a corporate controller for a multi-national seismic software company. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Cybersecurity Advisor.

Manish graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Masters in Professional Accounting (MPA) and a Bachelors in Business Administration. Manish is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). He actively volunteers his time in the Fort Bend community where he is currently a board member of the Cullinan Park Conservancy and a member of the advisory council for a local community bank. He has served as a prior board member and treasurer for the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce and a board member for a not-for-profit healthcare provider. Manish has also recently been appointed by Texas Governor Greg Abbott to the One-Call Board of Texas.

Among many other achievements, M. Alexander has personally served 1000+ small businesses as a National Lead Faculty for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses and in Houston as the Lead Faculty for 8 years. 10KSB is a strategic growth focused program with 14000+ graduates that provides scholarships to small businesses that are primed for growth and scalability, however, need the proper guidance to do so. He was a Spanish language curriculum developer for BakerRipley Emprendedores, a start-up and early-stage program for underserved Spanish language stakeholders and Founder and Immediate Past Chairman of Graduate Growth Group, a 501(3)c whose mission is the Development of Graduate Level Professionals and Business Owners to drive growth and economic impact for them and the communities that depend on them.
In addition, Manuel Aguilar has also previously served as Commercial Lending and Small Business Vice President for Oasis Bank, SSB, a locally chartered de novo bank in Houston’s own East End area, which served the local Latino under-banked and under-served community. As a Community Re-Investment Officer, he was a member of the CRA Council of Houston with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Manuel’s professional banking career also includes BBVA Laredo National Bank, Bank of Texas, Chase Bank, and Texas Commerce Bank.
As an entrepreneur CEO, Manuel Aguilar’s field of experience also spans finance, public sector construction and transportation logistics among others. His strategic partnerships include private companies in downstream O&G to tech startups. His experience includes Small Business/Commercial Lending, Healthcare Software, Business Ownership and Non-Profits.
Early in his career, Manuel assisted as a Business Analyst for SaaS healthcare company that achieved a successful private equity majority recapitalization and also became the second largest healthcare credentialing firm in the United States.
Manuel received his BBA / MBA with concentrations in Finance from the University of St. Thomas and his recent activities include, Cameron School of Business Case Study Judge, Instant Decision Day new candidate host, 4th year CSB Mentor, Advisor to the CSB Alumni Board, Multi-year Two Saints and a Taco sponsor, Highlighted UST Celt Couple, Alumni guest speaker, assistance with Corporate Engagement and Community Outreach, and promoted CSB through Marketing and Video initiatives. Manuel was also recognized and received the 2018 Cameron School of Business Distinguished Alumnus Award.
He is a proud husband of 18 years to Dr. Ana Aguilar and Father to magnet school daughters Sophia and Emily.

Bill Pilkington
Bill prides himself on being a loud introvert and as head of our Austin location, he believes in keeping it weird, because weird is what makes us all special. As both a CPA and a people person, he has simultaneously straddled both worlds for over 20 years. Bill enjoys spending his time with his beautiful wife and children often traveling the world together in search of new adventures. Actively volunteering as a firefighter since high school, he has never been one to stay put. In his "spare" time he likes to compete in marathons & triathlons and is actively working to speak better Spanish & Italian. While he may not have been born in Texas, he got here as fast as he could and has no intention of leaving.
Over the past few decades Bill has worked his way through all aspects of operations, from data entry to preparation, management to partner. Today, Bill primarily focuses on new business development and strategic client planning among many other responsibilities. His primary areas of concentration include privately held real estate development, construction and professional service firms as well as guiding foreign nationals who desire to do business in the United States.
Bill earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance from Texas A&M University. Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of CPAs (TXCPA). Bill is a firm believer in giving back to his community having served as a Cub Scout & Boy Scout leader, Chairman of the Board for the Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce, and President of the Klein Independent School District.
