Core Capital
Our Services
Core Capital is dedicated to serving lower middle market companies, typically with an average EBITDA range of $1 - $10 million. Our mission revolves around providing comprehensive advisory services tailored to their needs, including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, debt advisory, and management consulting. With a focus on the unique challenges and opportunities of this market segment, Core Capital is committed to delivering strategic solutions that drive growth and maximize value for our clients
Transaction Advisory
We represent the seller of a company in the sale of their business.
Capital Raising/Debt
Advisory
We assist clients in raising various forms of debt (traditional bank and private credit) and equity.
Valuation
We provide clients with "lite" valuation services, primarily for use in right-sizing a sale price for a company. Longer-term, we expect to have the capability to provide a certified valuation service as well.
Family Office
Services
We offer a variety of wealth, estate, and investment advice to business owners. This is a S&A Wealth-driven endeavor, but Core Capital will also market it, given its work with business owners and family offices. Core Capital transaction advisory clients are prime prospects to become clients of S&A Wealth.
Exit Planning
We work with business owners to prepare their companies for an eventual exit, which can include a sale to a 3rd party among other options. Exit planning ties in both the business and personal/financial goals of a business owner.
Management
Consulting
We advise clients and guide them through turnaround/restructuring situations, CFO services, and other strategic areas.
Deal Sourcing:
Buy-side / Sell-side
We selectively work with clients who are interested in acquiring another business or selling their own.
Risk Management
We provide a variety of risk management and insurance solutions such as key man life, E&O, captive, and others. This is an S&A Insurance-driven endeavor, but Core Capital will also market it, given its work with business owners and the importance of having proper personal and business risk management in place for clients selling their companies.
